岗位职责：
1. lead OTS sample evaluation and provide technical expertise, review the test report from supplier and request for improvement, and then transfer to R&D Shanghai for test & approval, follow project timing schedule. Give feedback to ASQE about missing supplier documents in time
2. lead (and support R&D WRC SH and WST in) engineering changes and lead the communication to local suppliers. Evaluate the new parts through try run together with QE and PR。
3. Implement design review.
100% review DVP internally and with supplier and lead improvement based on testing result.Implement engineering change.
4. Support Production, ASQE/SQE and PM for technical issue.Achieve component expert task.Lead Problem solving for technical issues
5. support QE in finding rood cause in production-problems (caused by design or quality)
6. support customer in technical issues, explain the design and support in problem solving
7. support supplier in understanding our technical requirements and questions about part or tooling
任职资格：
1.Education, Technical Qualification:
2.very good English communication;
3.good network to other departments WRC and WST;
4.good experience with engineering tools;
5.background in tooling industrie;
6.experience with communication and MS office tools
